If you happen to know Bahasa Indonesia, you would recognize this post by its title. During my years of teaching the Indonesian language I developed a number of crossword puzzles for my students. More recently I have worked with Oryza Murti to publish bilingual (Indonesian clues - English answers) puzzles in Indonesia Media, a widely distributed Indonesian magazine.

Here's our tribute to Indonesia's 75th anniversary of its Independence.

Note: this puzzle is in a 13x13 grid so there are fewer answers than in a normal 15x15 puzzle
