Quadrennial Bonus Day

Are you looking forward to an extra work day this month? Probably not, but we get one anyway courtesy of Julius Caesar and others. It's an interesting bit of history, but I'll let you do your own research after you enjoy this week's puzzle with a theme that somewhat relates to our quadrennial February adventure.
