News flash: Jesus is alive

I can only imagine the reactions of Jesus' followers on Easter morning when they heard that he was alive. Many of them witnessed his painful last hours as he hung on a cruel Roman cross outside the walls of Jerusalem. Their world was thrown into despair and darkness as they mourned the death of their Messiah and teacher.

But now Mary and a few others told them that Jesus had come back to life, that he was alive.
